The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will have full strategic ownership of a varied portfolio of brands. Responsibilities will include;

• Derive high impact strategies
• Full P&L management
• Highlight opportunities for innovations
• Lead NPD projects
• Lead Market Research/Competitor analysis initiatives
• Guide & mentor engaged and high performing team
• Lead digital marketing initiatives

Your skills & Background:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Minimum 3 years Marketing experience (OTC/Consumer Health exp)
• Demonstrated passion for Health
• Proven ability to manage a mixed portfolio of products
• Proven ability to develop & implement strategic initiatives
• Previous P&L ownership
• Proven analytical skills
• Proven people leadership capabilities
• Proven ability to work in a cross functional team
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
