About the opportunity

In this newly created Marketing Manager position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing activities.

The successful marketer will lead strategy design and drive through tactical implementation, with an aim to develop and grow branding, aligned to the organisation's digitally-focused diabetes portfolio. 

Working closely with medical colleagues and an expanding infield sales team, you will also partner and train effectively to ensure marketing plans are executed effectively. 


Skills & Experience Required

• Successes in driving & managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, across Australia's Primary Care Healthcare market, essential

• Excellent understanding of the patient journey within Primary Care (incl. pharmacies), essential

• Understanding of targetted customers incl. Diabetes Nurse Educators & other relevant allied health professions

• Superior digital health literacy and digital marketing experience;

• Excellent management of digital health and business tools 

• Superior analytical and market research capabilities

• KOL development & stakeholder management

• Clinical aptitude with strong medical language communication skills

• Commercially savvy, with high level of financial acumen

• Tertiary Qualification: Health related, Science and/or Business
