About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on support role within the production team. Reporting to the Production Leader, you’ll be responsible for keeping key admin, inventory, and documentation tasks running smoothly to support daily manufacturing output. Your focus will be on raising purchase orders, maintaining stock accuracy, processing production paperwork, and ensuring everything is accurately recorded in the system (MDS).

You’ll be the go-to person for making sure the production team keep moving with the right documentation, data, and flow behind the scenes. It’s a busy, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability really matter.

Duties
  • Raise purchase orders in the Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) system
  • Manage and track production stock and inventory
  • Process production paperwork and ensure digital records are up to date
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry
  • Work closely with production planners and team leaders
  • Provide general administrative support to the production team as required

Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in utilising systems, MSD experience would be great but not essential
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, inventory or production admin is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy with a willingness to learn
