About the opportunity:

As a Machine Learning & AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to our client's product, sales, leadership, and marketing teams. Reporting to the Business Excellence & Operations Director, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and work closely with the Digital and Analytics Centre of Excellence. 


Duties:

  • Identify and analyse opportunities for applying analytics
  • Define success metrics and analysis requirements aligned with strategic goals
  • Extract, merge, and clean data from various sources
  • Perform data visualisation and modelling
  • Communicate solutions and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop econometric and statistical models for various business problems
  • Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making

Skills and Experience:

  • Related tertiary education in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or similar
  • Strong experience in analytics/data science projects
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry would be highly beneficial
  • Proficiency in advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical computer languages and analytics toolkits
  • Strong communication skills
