Duties
- Coordinate imports, exports, and freight forwarding activities end-to-end
- Raise purchase orders and track supplier confirmations, pricing and delivery schedules
- Maintain stock accuracy, monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
- Prepare and review documentation for biosecurity and manufacturing declarations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and global operations teams
- Support warehouse and customer service teams with order fulfilment as needed
- Analyse KPI reports and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Assist with month-end reporting and forecasting support
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in logistics, import/export or supply chain coordination is essential
- Experience working in regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceutical or FMCG is preferred
- Proficient with SAP or a similar ERP system is essential
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Strong understanding of import/export processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organisation
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work both independently and collaboratively
