About the opportunity

In this busy Logistics Officer role; you will be responsible for the dispatch of outgoing materials, as well as providing administrative support to various departments

Duties

• Processing purchase orders for laboratory supplies

• Establish sound and reliable suppliers and maintain relationships

• Ensuring the smooth dispatch and supply of pharmaceutical product from site to overseas locations

• Support various administrative functions including reception and facilities management

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work effective both as part of a team and autonomously

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical

• Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical logistics/supply chain

• Strong administrative skills

• Have flexibility and adaptability in approach to tasks

• Strong organisational skills

• Scientific qualifications
