About the Opportunity:
As a Logistics Assistant, you will be part of a specialised team responsible for coordinating and processing surgical loan kits. You’ll gain hands-on experience in medical logistics, quality control, and inventory systems. Duties:
- Pick, pack, and dispatch medical device loan kits to hospitals
- Receive and inspect returned kits, ensuring all components are complete and clean
- Track inventory using internal systems
- Prepare kits according to surgical schedules and urgent hospital needs
- Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and hospital stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in medical warehousing, loan kits, or healthcare logistics is highly advantageous
- Biomedical science graduates or candidates from supply chain backgrounds encouraged to apply
- Computer literate with good attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to work shifts (between 8:00am–6:00pm)
- Must be adaptable, motivated, and ready to learn
