About the Opportunity:
You will play a key role in ensuring surgical kits are prepared, checked, and dispatched to hospitals in a timely and accurate manner. Working in a clean, structured environment, you’ll work alongside a motivated team to support critical healthcare services.
Duties:
- Pick, pack, check, and dispatch surgical loan kits
- Inspect kits for completeness, cleanliness, and accuracy
- Track and manage loan kit movements using internal systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure urgent and time-sensitive requests are met
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and accuracy
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a team-focused attitude
- Energetic, reliable, and self-motivated
- Biomedical science graduates encouraged to apply
- Must be available to start immediately and commit to a 3 month temporary assignment
- Must be available to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
Note: Due to the full-time hours, this role is not suitable for student visa holders.
