Duties
- Ensure timely case/bookings administration
- Track loan sets and expedite returns
- Maintain daily inventory control
- Provide professional phone and email support
- Oversee stock rotation and cycle counts
- Manage receivable and dispatch processes
- Track products via the system
- Identify and correct booking discrepancies
- Assist with domestic shipping duties
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in logistics, supply chain, customer service or scheduling is required.
- Experience working in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Strong communication skills.
