About the opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for receiving, preparing, dispatching and coordinating medical loan kits to and from hospitals in accordance with surgeries scheduled.

Duties

• Receiving returned medicals kits and running quality checks.
• Record stock usage onto the system.
• Pick, pack and prepare medical kits in accordance with orders.
• Dispatch medical kits in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process documentation in line with compliance.
• Liaise with sales reps or hospital staff to ensure kits are available for surgeries scheduled.
• Investigate or follow up on any stock discrepancies.
• Inventory control and stock takes.
• Adhere to warehouse safety procedures.
• General warehouse duties.

Skills and Experience

• Experience working within the medical device industry is highly regarded.
• Experience in Logistics Coordination, Warehouse, Distribution or Loan Kits is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail is required.
• Strong communication and confident phone manner.
• Energetic and strong team player.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment.
• Passionate about helping people and works with a sense of purpose.
• Systems savvy and computer literate.
