The Business:

The Role:

Reporting to the Divisional Lead, this newly created role joins a multi-faceted team of professionals who are the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within their field. This is a rare opportunity to take your Key Account Management capabilities to the next level. Diverting your attention from tenders & contracts processes, you will focus on developing relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare system such as LHDs, health groups, state health authorities and c-suites. You will identify & address brand barriers & opportunities, identify challenges faced by stakeholders and co-create solutions which will positively impact thousands of patients.

Ultimately, your goal is the achieve health care system change, creating better health outcomes for patients.

Your Skills & Background:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (healthcare or business related)
  • Proven experience in & understanding of the Australian Healthcare system
  • Superior ability to develop & maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Superior business acumen coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Motivated to continuously learn
  • Proven ability to act as a change agent
  • Ability to self-manage & self-start
  • Superior communication skills
  • Super decision making capabilities
