Your new role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of key hospital accounts across Queensland, driving growth and engagement within this key region. In this pivotal role, you’ll educate clinicians on the clinical advantages of a market-leading product portfolio, partner with hospital stakeholders to deliver improved patient outcomes, and leverage your strong key account management skills to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into tangible revenue growth.


 What you’ll be doing:
  • Deliver exceptional customer engagement that result in impressive commercial outcomes
  • Uncover & develop new business opportunities; expanding market share & strengthening brand awareness
  • Build & nurture relationships with stakeholders at every level, cementing yourself as a trusted business partner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the varied internal teams
  • Monitor market trends & competitor activity, ensuring a deep understanding of the marketplace
  • Lead education & training initiatives during product trials & implementations
 

What you bring:
  • Proven local Healthcare sales experience
  • Clinical background adv.
  • Proven account management skills
  • Understanding of Hospital sales processes & cycles
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with account stakeholders at varied levels
  • Proven ability to hunt for new business opportunities
  • Commercially focused and results motivated
  • Proven ability to challenge customers status quo
