About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Digital Producer to join an internal digital team on a 12-month contract. This role is well suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional who is interested in digital platforms, marketing technology, and digital campaign delivery.
This role focuses on digital platform management and campaign execution rather than graphic design or creative development.
The position offers hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms and the opportunity to build practical experience in digital production within a large organisation.
What you'll be doing
Updating and maintaining website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Building and updating pages using existing global templates and components
Supporting marketing teams with digital requests and campaign updates
Uploading digital content and assets provided by internal teams or agencies
Building and activating customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Preparing and sending email communications using pre-built templates
Working with pre-built website and email templates rather than designing creative assets
Conducting testing and quality checks before campaigns go live
Monitoring digital content and supporting ongoing updates and improvements
Communicating clearly with stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and manage timelines
Working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered correctly
What you'll need
A degree in digital marketing, marketing, web, multimedia, IT, or a related field
Strong interest in digital platforms, CMS systems, or marketing automation tools rather than graphic design
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
Agile, proactive and ability to work autonomously
Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Salesforce platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous
Exposure to CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, or digital campaign environments would be beneficial but not essential
