About the Opportunity:

As an Inventory Specialist, you will manage the seamless flow of a pharmaceutical product portfolio within our client's supply chain, ensuring timely order fulfilment for customers and wholesalers. Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, including Demand Planners, Logistics, and Wholesalers, contributing significantly to the company's supply chain efficiency and market impact.


Duties:

  • Daily update and maintenance of sales & open order tracker
  • Analyse and assess supply risk
  • Collaborate with the commercial team on order releases
  • Liaise with DHL Customer Service for order-related matters
  • Generate and share weekly allocations to wholesalers
  • Act as the first point of contact for wholesaler supply queries
  • Effectively manage inventory to ensure customer needs are met. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge in Supply Chain and Inventory Control. 
  • Supply Chain or Inventory experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry is essential. 
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communicator and ability to collaborate across various departments. 
  • Good understanding of working with highly regulated products in terms of documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent organisational skills.
