Duties:
- Implement and manage inventory levels.
- Conduct monthly forecast review meetings.
- Place inventory purchase orders with suppliers.
- Maintain healthy stock levels and address issues.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage risks.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews.
- Update forecasting systems with sales intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Inventory Management within medical devices, pharmaceutical or hospitals is essential.
- Exposure to consignment stock would be highly beneficial.
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics would be ideal.
- Proficiency in inventory control systems is essential.
- Experience working with SAP is ideal.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work through change.
