About the Opportunity:

As an Inventory Manager, you will oversee inventory accuracy across various locations, ensuring minimal loss and reduced exposure to expired and slow-moving inventory. You'll lead a team of inventory controllers, manage cycle count calendars, and play a vital role in upholding our client's commitment to excellence in inventory management. 



Duties:

  • Manage inventory cycle count calendars

  • Monitor and address approaching expiry stock

  • Lead and guide inventory controllers

  • Develop work instructions and provide training

  • Review consignment inventory and report on excess and SLOB

  • Manage Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) cases

  • Contribute to root cause analysis and improvement projects



Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in consignment inventory control is highly advantageous.

  • Experience in inventory management within the healthcare industry is preferred.

  • Experience leading teams is required.

  • Proficiency in SAP is essential.

  • Strong Excel skills is required.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management is required.
