About the Opportunity:
As the Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock on hand and monitoring and projecting future demand for the ANZ business. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be the main contact person for all warehouses and work closely with internal and external teams to resolve inventory-related issues. This is a crucial role that has a significant impact on the business's overall success.
Duties:
Analyse reports and investigate inventory-related discrepancies
Manage batch changes to outbound delivery notes
Review and reconcile daily stock variance reports
Assist with aged goods inward and goods outward
Complete stocktake and cycle counts
Facilitate and administrate the movement of goods between the company and suppliers
Ensure accurate processing of inventory discrepancy transactions on SAP
Improve control processes and reporting
3PL relationship management.
Skills and Experience:
Inventory control or management experience within a 3PL or supply chain and distribution environment is essential.
Experience working with healthcare related products or medical devices is ideal.
Ability to work in a fast paced and large inventory environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Sound intermediate knowledge of SAP.
Ability to extract data, analyse and put it into a report.
