About the company

About the opportunity 
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will work in a team of technical customer service representatives. You will manage and maintain customer relationships, provide technical support and troubleshoot medical devices over the phone, and liaise with various external stakeholders.
  
Duties 
  • Effectively manage the product renewal and upgrade process, building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Provide exceptional telephone support, both inbound and outbound, addressing complaints, warranties and medical events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Ensure timely delivery by managing dispatch of goods through 3PL and logistics
  • Assist Key Account Managers with product assistance and handle afterhours escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as health insurers to verify claims and payments
Skills and Experience 
  • Excellent opportunity for graduates of Medical Science or related field with passion for the medical device industry
  • Demonstrated background in sales, technical or customer support or related field
  • Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems e.g. SAP
  • Exceptional ability to deliver technical support, troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently
  • Highly organised and analytical
