About the opportunity To provide comprehensive Customer Service to Pharmacy Customers including the electronic processing of orders received in a timely and accurate manner, to make outgoing telephone calls to a designated territory of pharmacies to achieve sales targets and to provide Administration support to Territory Manager’s, Key Account Manager, and other key contacts as designated. Duties
Conduct outbound calls to allocated territory of customers daily
Manage inbound calls accurately
Process pharmacy turnover orders (phone and fax) into CRM in an accurate and timely manner
Achieve monthly sales targets
Skills and Experience
Previous sales experience is a must have
Experience in healthcare or retail pharmacy highly regarded
Strong relationship building skills
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills
Advanced PC skills
