About the opportunity

To provide comprehensive Customer Service to Pharmacy Customers including the electronic processing of orders received in a timely and accurate manner, to make outgoing telephone calls to a designated territory of pharmacies to achieve sales targets and to provide Administration support to Territory Manager’s, Key Account Manager, and other key contacts as designated.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to allocated territory of customers daily
  • Manage inbound calls accurately
  • Process pharmacy turnover orders (phone and fax) into CRM in an accurate and timely manner
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
Skills and Experience
  • Previous sales experience is a must have
  • Experience in healthcare or retail pharmacy highly regarded
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced PC skills
