Our client is seeking a qualified Hybrid Specialist Representative to join their sales team, responsible for promoting and supporting their Mood Portfolio products primarily in the private psychiatry sector. The role encompasses the Sydney South territory until the Sutherland Shire. It entails achieving sales objectives, developing, and implementing territory business plans, gathering customer insights, and ensuring compliance with administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, possess strong relationship-building and organisational skills, and demonstrate a proven track record in meeting sales objectives.
Proven Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (life sciences or business administration, preferable)
Medicines Australia accreditation
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Australian pharmaceutical industry
CNS/psychiatry sales is highly regarded
Strong business acumen and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role
We're looking for a self-motivated, resilient individual with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales objectives
