About the opportunity
 
Promoting one of the company's key CNS pharmaceutical products, in the role of Hybrid Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving market share growth..
 
Your passion and genuine interest in mental health will be showcased, as you build and maintain business relationships with key Psychiatrists and Mental Health Professionals across Greater Perth’ hospitals and Primary Care channel. Equally, you will manage highly technical conversations, whilst maintaining a strong and sincere emphasis on patient care.

 
Skills and Experience Required

• Proven pharmaceutical territory sales experience, across Australia’s local market.
• High degree of clinical / technical aptitude.
• Therapeutic experience aligned to Physiatry, Mental Health, CNS, highly regarded.
• Superior business acumen & strategic thinking, including budget management.
• Ability to present to broad range of customers, in person and virtually.
• Exceptional communication, with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Flexibility to travel, including overnight.
• Tertiary qualifications (preferably in Science/Medicine/Nursing or Business).
