The Role Because of you, healthcare professionals across Sydney will be better supported with access to innovative treatments across key therapy areas.
As an Hybrid Sales Representative, you will manage relationships across both General Practitioners and Specialists across Sydney, working across Psychiatry, Cardiology, and Oncology. You will take ownership of your territory, drive product growth, and ensure ethical and effective representation of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities include:
Achieve and exceed sales targets across your assigned territory
Drive the launch of a new CNS treatment
Build strong relationships with Psychiatrists, Cardiologists, GPs, and hospital stakeholders
Conduct in-field meetings, presentations, and role plays
Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records
Represent the organisation professionally at all times
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 2–3 years’ GP Sales Representative experience (mandatory)
Specialty sales exposure highly regarded
Bachelor’s degree (science or business preferred)
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
On-territory experience in Sydney or surrounds is advantageous
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
Valid driver’s licence with at least 8 demerit points remaining
