About the Opportunity Reporting to the HR Director APAC, this key HR Business Partner role will support the Australian operations, partnering with senior leaders and employees to drive engagement, performance and organisational success. You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role across HR initiatives including ER, performance, leadership development, workforce planning, culture and change. With a direct influence on both day-to-day people matters and broader transformation projects, this role offers high visibility and the chance to contribute meaningfully to business outcomes.
Duties
Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial goals
Provide coaching and ER advice to managers and teams
Lead and support change management initiatives
Support OD, succession planning and leadership development
Analyse and present people data and insights
Contribute to key HR programs, policy and compliance
Oversee elements of talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding
Champion employee engagement, D&I and wellbeing initiatives
Skills and Experience
Proven HR Business Partner experience
Confident with ER, performance and change
Strong influencing and coaching skills
