About the company

Leading pharmaceutical company in the middle of an acquisition so there are multiple integration projects currently active. Agile working approach to WFH.

About the opportunity

You will be supporting a busy HR Director with day to day HR activities allowing her to work on projects. A self-starter is a must for this role and someone who is self sufficient. You will be partnering with line managers with the business assisting general HR advice, whilst providing mentor-ship when require to HR Associate.

Duties

  • Assist with performance reviews and reward remunerations cycles
  • Assist with coordination and communication of employee induction, wellness programs , WH&S and other employee activities
  • Work with HR Specialist to support various generalist activities
  • Assist with enquiries and follow up
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • An HR Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry would be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and use initiative
  • Strong overall computer skills
