Duties
- Provide day to day HR support to employees across Australia
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Create contracts, offer letters and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate HR data in Workday
- Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences
- Support benefits administration & leave processes
- Assist with performance review coordination and development initiatives
- Compile HR data and compliance reporting
- Contribute to engagement, wellbeing, internal comms and safety initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR leadership team
- Degree in HR, Business or related discipline
- 2–4 years HR admin/coordination experience
- Strong organisational and detail focus
- Confident communicator
- Workday experience highly valued
