About the opportunity
HR Generalist will work in partnership with HR Business Partners for a business unit within the organisation. Provide operational support to employees, managing employees through their employment life cycle experience.
Support hiring manages with information and guidance on processes
Work with the leadership team to implement various generalist activities
Assist with enquiries and follow up
Skills and Experience
An HR Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience
Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry would be preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to hit the ground running and use initiative
Strong overall computer skills
