About the opportunity 
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to provide support across various business units, primarily HR AU, APAC and China but also sales, marketing, R&D, regulatory and more. This is a newly created role, providing opportunity for this position to evolve over time.

Duties  
  • Accurately maintain all employee data, documentation records and contracts
  • Assist with recruitment by document checking, entering data, screening and providing top quality customer service to candidates
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees ensuring system is updated
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, communications and reports
  • Contribute to continuous development and improvement of policies and internal procedures
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc HR/Administrative projects as required
Skills and Experience 
  • Demonstrated HR/recruitment experience & administration experience
  • Recognised qualification in Business Administration/HR or relevant field
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organisation skills
  • Self-starter and ability to hit the ground running
  • Systems savvy including prior experience using HR software e.g. WorkDay
