About the opportunity Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to provide support across various business units, primarily HR AU, APAC and China but also sales, marketing, R&D, regulatory and more. This is a newly created role, providing opportunity for this position to evolve over time.
Duties
Accurately maintain all employee data, documentation records and contracts
Assist with recruitment by document checking, entering data, screening and providing top quality customer service to candidates
Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees ensuring system is updated
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, communications and reports
Contribute to continuous development and improvement of policies and internal procedures
Undertake additional ad-hoc HR/Administrative projects as required
Recognised qualification in Business Administration/HR or relevant field
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
Excellent multi-tasking and organisation skills
Self-starter and ability to hit the ground running
Systems savvy including prior experience using HR software e.g. WorkDay
