Due to continued market growth, HPG is partnering with our client to secure two hospital sales professionals who demonstrate a passion for driving commercial outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on positive patient impact.
There are two opportunities available across New South Wales, covering NSW North and NSW South territories.
In the role of Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining key customer relationships across your designated territory. You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including Anaesthesiologists and Pain Specialists, to drive commercial success and build long term partnerships.
Through effective clinical discussions, alongside strong business and strategic planning, you will deliver value to customers and support clear brand differentiation.
Skills and ExperienceRequired
Proven pharmaceutical speciality sales successes within ANZ's market
Superior strategic thinking and business acumen
Capabilities in delivering science-based clinical material to wide-range of customers
Demonstrated successes in building credible relationships with KOLs
Customer centricity with strong emphasis on patient care
Understanding of Australia's hospital theatre setting, highly regarded
Established network with target customers mentioned, highly regarded
Lead conference & scientific meeting participant , incl. clinical workshops
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, science or healthcare
