About the opportunity Reporting to the National Sales Manager, as a Hospital Specialist Representative based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for promoting our client's specialised Rare Disease portfolio to Specialists across Queensland.
Responsibilities
Increase product sales and drive market share
Conduct necessary educational activities
Approach call requirements strategically
Organise and host events to foster education and growth
Collaborate effectively with the wider team for collective success
Build and maintain relationships with multiple types of Specialists
Maintain a high level of clinical and professional expertise
Skills & Experience required
Tertiary qualifications (preferably in Science/Medicine or Business)
Strong Commercial & Clinical acumen
Australian Pharmaceutical sales experience, required
Proven ability to rank in top-performers (SvT or market share growth)
Previous Specialty or Rare Disease experience, highly regarded
Senior GP candidates must present Hospital Sales exposure
Ability to drive and operate a vehicle without restriction
