The Role:

Become a valued member of a top-performing team specialising in managing key accounts and achieving sales success by implementing national strategies locally in Sydney and NSW South. Work closely with important stakeholders, hospitals, and healthcare providers to showcase product advantages, meet customer requirements, and optimise ROI. Keep ahead in a competitive environment with guidance and robust support from the National Sales Manager. Embrace patient-centric values and refine vital skills to thrive in this influential position.


Key responsibilities include:
  • Achieve sales budget; analyse performance metrics
  • Develop selling, negotiation skills; utilise KAM principles
  • Promote products; attend trade displays, meetings
  • Enhance Brand image; target key healthcare professionals
  • Analyse territory data; plan promotional activities
  • Maintain product knowledge; adhere to company policies
  • Work collaboratively and ethically
     

Proven Skills & Experience:
  • Proven Specialty Sales experience, required
  • Biologic Specialty Sales experience, highly regarded
  • Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding KPIs
  • Demonstrate in-depth therapeutic area knowledge
  • Proven ability to assist and influence stakeholders
  • Present with a collaborative and positive perspective
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License, required
