This newly created Hospital Sales Representative position will focus on launching and growing a portfolio across Neurology and Ophthalmology. Based in Melbourne, you will manage a VIC and SA territory, partnering with specialists and hospital teams to drive clinical and commercial conversion. This is an opportunity to join a brand-new team at a pivotal time, supporting a major launch.

Responsibilities
- Grow product usage and increase territory performance by engaging specialists and hospital professionals across VIC and SA
- Develop trusted partnerships with leading clinicians, specialists and broader multidisciplinary teams in Neurology and Ophthalmology
- Implement a territory plan that reflects national priorities, incorporating both clinical and commercial strategies to support product uptake
- Provide compelling, scientifically robust education that informs clinical decisions and demonstrates the value of products in real-world settings
- Keep CRM records up to date, share meaningful insights from customer interactions and handle technical queries, adverse event reports and escalations in accordance with internal policies
- Proven success in specialist pharmaceutical sales, ideally within Neurology or Ophthalmology
- Experience as a Specialist Representative, with the ability to navigate complex hospital environments and influence formulary status
- Tertiary qualifications in science, pharmacy, business or a related field
- Willingness to travel across VIC and occasionally interstate
