About the opportunity
As a critical member of the organisation you will be responsible for leading the Finance function of the ANZ business partnering heavily with various key stakeholders. This is a hands-on role and will suit an individual who gets involved in the daily operations within finance as well as being able to provide strategic insights to increase revenue and facilitate business growth. Role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.


Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting preparation, review and submission

• Support on deal evaluations, strategic plans and evaluations

• Lead & Drive analytics

• Manage internal and external audits

• Manage month, quarter and year-end processes 

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports

• Ensure ANZ internal controls and compliance are adhered to

• Provide strategic support to the GM

• Ad hoc requests as needed

About you

• CA qualified

• Experience in a similar all round finance position (hands on technical, operational finance & strategic finance)

• Leadership experience

• Excellent communication & ability to partner cross functionally with the wider business

• Experience in healthcare or FMCG preferable
