The Client

The Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be tasked with driving growth & the success of the business by devising & executing strategic account plans & processes & exceeding revenue targets whilst coaching, mentoring & upskilling your team of Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Devising strategic account strategies

  • Cement relationships with existing customers

  • Lead market research & analysis to uncover potential business opportunities

  • Lead proposal development & contract negotiation processes

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create effective pricing strategies

  • Lead forecasting & performance review processes




Your skills & background:

  • 8 years Business Development experience within Healthcare

  • Previous team management experience essential

  • Superior account management capabilities

  • Proven track record of uncovering new business

  • Track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Agile & flexible mindset

  • Superior business & commercial acumen

  • Experience with Oncology advantageous
