Due to internal movement, they are seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead the highly accomplished team of Marketers to even greater heights!




The Role:
Reporting to the MD, you will lead a team to success. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop & lead the brand strategies for your portfolio

• Lead short & long term business planning processes

• Lead market intelligence & competitive analysis initiatives

• Develop relationships with KOLs & advocacy groups

• Partner with sales managers to achieve business goals

• Manage all budget, forecasting & reporting activities

• Lead, inspire & mentor your team

Skills and Experience

• Proven Senior Marketing capabilities across the Australian Pharmaceutical industry

• Business, Marketing or related tertiary qualifications

• Examples of staff mentorship & leadership essential

• Proven ability to develop KOLs

• Launch experience adv.

• Proven ability to build relationships with key internal/external stakeholders

• Proven ability to highlight growth opportunities

• Strong communication skills

• Superior financial acumen

• Can-do attitude

• Superior collaboration skills
