The Practice

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive consultations to diagnose and manage gastroenterological conditions.
Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopy, gastroscopy, and other therapeutic interventions.
Manage and oversee a theatre list, ensuring efficient scheduling and patient care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Participate in continuous professional development and education activities to stay current with advancements in the field.
Requirements:
Medical degree with specialisation in Gastroenterology.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent.
Extensive experience in endoscopic procedures and gastroenterological treatments.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to travel and work on a FIFO basis and or choose to live in area.
