About the opportunity

In this role you will be responsible to manage the whole Finance & Operation function of the business partnering heavily with various key stakeholders. You will be second in command to the General Manager and have a dotted line report to the Global CFO. This is a hands-on role and will suit an individual who gets involved in the daily operations within finance.

Duties

• Manage team of ~7 direct reports across Finance and Operations
• Prepare budget, forecasts and variance analysis
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and consultants
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Ensure timely and accurate results
• Manage all financial accounting incl month, quarter and year-end, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning
• Provide strategic support to the GM
• Ad hoc requests & project work as needed

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years' experience
• CA or CPA qualified
• US GAAP experience
• SAP experience
• Strong communication, ability to push back, have strategic discussions
• Team management experience
• Experience working in a matrix environment
