About the opportunity...
Seeking a hands on senior finance professional to ensure smooth operation of the finance department, particularly focusing on the reconciliation of inventory and COGS at month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, and preparation of rebate accruals. Reporting directly to the Finance Controller, this role offers the opportunity for growth and development, with the intention to develop and take on higher-level responsibilities within the finance team.

What you'll be doing...

• Ensure Inventory and COGS are aligned at Month End Close, investigating and explaining any anomalies.
• Complete assigned General Ledger Reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and load Rebate Accruals accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide Business Advisory services to ensure timely and accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
• Reconcile assigned Balance Sheet accounts with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Assist with management reporting and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, and company policies and procedures.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required to support the finance team.

Skills and Experience required...

• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong experience with US GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
• Experience working in global healthcare, manufacturing or FMCG industry
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hands-on role
• Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with commercial teams
