About the Opportunity
This contract role exists to support the finance division during a period of transition. The team requires a capable Finance & Administration Assistant who can quickly step into month-end support, invoice processing, reporting and other finance related tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Processing invoices, vendor creation and supporting purchase orders and agreements
  • Maintaining financial records, pricing files, consignment agreements and archive documentation
  • Running daily, weekly and monthly reports including sales, spend, budgeting and financial control reporting
  • Cleaning and analysing SAP-generated data to support accurate financial insights
  • Assisting with commercial documentation, including tenders and contracts
  • Providing general finance administration, data entry and ad-hoc support as required
What You’ll Need
  • 2+ years' experience in finance administration, accounts support or similar role
  • Strong Excel skills: sorting/cleansing, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and formulas
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and refine data
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage volume and deadlines
  • Assertive yet friendly, collaborative communication style - able to work with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Proactive, fast learner who can pick up tasks quickly and take initiative
