About the company

This global healthcare brand are well known in their field of expertise. Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join the business in a 6 month contract.

About the opportunity

Opportunity for a skilled Finance Analyst based in Macquarie Park, 2113. Support the APAC region to report, explain and forecast business performance. Provide timely reports & analysis to allow the business to make well informed commercial decisions.

Effectively business partnering with multiple departments incl Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT etc as well as being able to work with complex data.

Responsibilities

• Analysing current and past financial data, providing commentary and recommendations on analysis
• Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends to highlight business growth
• Assistance in budgeting & forecasting
• Create various reports, tools and Excel dashboards for various divisions in the business e.g. Sales, Marketing,
  Supply Chain
• Variance analysis and recommendations for improvement
• Developing financial models
• Identify and drive process improvements within the FP&A environment

Skills and Experience

• CA, CPA qualification or equivalent
• 4+ years relevant business experience in a Finance Analyst/ FP&A type roles
• Advanced Excel skills are required
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, data gathering skills & financial forecasting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform well and work in a busy, fast paced environment
• SAP experience
