About the Opportunity

You will join a NSW-based service team supporting high-end medical devices in public and private hospitals. This is a field-based role responsible for servicing surgical systems. You will handle installations, maintenance, and electronic or mechanical repairs. 


Duties
  • Conduct on-site servicing, maintenance, and support across NSW hospitals
  • Perform installations and troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues
  • Replace mechanical and electronic components as required
  • Maintain service documentation and uphold safety and compliance standards
  • Participate in scheduled international training and ongoing development
  • Occasional overnight travel

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in medical devices, ideally with operating theatre exposure
  • Must have field service experience and the ability to travel interstate
  • Qualification in Biomedical Engineering or a relatable degree
  • Strong communicator and customer-focused
  • Excellent problem solving and relationship building
  • Full drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Full Australian working rights with the ability to travel internationally for training
