About the opportunity
In this busy EA role,  the successful candidate  will play a vital role within the company supporting a large management team.

Duties
  • Provide Executive Assistance
  • Booking of travel and meeting rooms along with arranging catering
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Email and calendar management for senior leaders
  • Managing Companion requests
  • Internal and external mail collection
  • Assisting with questions from other staff
  • Booking conferences and assisting with event management
  • Backup support for other Executive Assistants
  • Assisting with sponsorship programs – invoicing
  • Business Technology requests
  • Use of Concur – manage expenses/reconciliation

Skills and Experience
  • Experienced in an Administration/Executive Assistant role working with senior management/executive level is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent technical skills able to navigate MS outlook, Word and other systems
  • Concur experience for travel and expense management is an advantage
  • Sharepoint experience would be a bonus
