About the opportunity In this busy EA role, the successful candidate will play a vital role within the company supporting a large management team.
Duties
Provide Executive Assistance
Booking of travel and meeting rooms along with arranging catering
Meet and greet visitors
Email and calendar management for senior leaders
Managing Companion requests
Internal and external mail collection
Assisting with questions from other staff
Booking conferences and assisting with event management
Backup support for other Executive Assistants
Assisting with sponsorship programs – invoicing
Business Technology requests
Use of Concur – manage expenses/reconciliation
Skills and Experience
Experienced in an Administration/Executive Assistant role working with senior management/executive level is a must
Excellent communication skills
Excellent technical skills able to navigate MS outlook, Word and other systems
Concur experience for travel and expense management is an advantage
Sharepoint experience would be a bonus
