Diary & meeting coordination/ management
Schedule and coordinate flights, conferences, meetings, and accommodation
Coordinate leadership team projects
Monitor & answer all incoming correspondence, escalating where necessary
Manage leadership team communication, creating letters, memos and emails
Purchase Order management
Other ad hoc admin support as required
Skills and Experience
Experience in Executive Assistant or similar role
Attention to detail, highly organized and knows how to handle their time
Self-starter and feels empowered to make own decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and MS Teams
