Duties
  • Diary & meeting coordination/ management
  • Schedule and coordinate flights, conferences, meetings, and accommodation
  • Coordinate leadership team projects
  • Monitor & answer all incoming correspondence, escalating where necessary
  • Manage leadership team communication, creating letters, memos and emails
  • Purchase Order management
  • Process expenses
  • Other ad hoc admin support as required
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and knows how to handle their time
  • Self-starter and feels empowered to make own decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and MS Teams
