About the opportunity
In this newly created; and high profile role, you will be responsible for leading the medical affairs oncology team and developing the company profile and reputation in this space.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of medical affairs professionals

• Lead and execute strategy for the medical plan for the oncology portfolio

• Ensure extensive and effective cross functional collaborations to meet company objectives

• Act as SME of medical and clinical governance for the business

Skills and Experience

• The ideal candidate will be an MD, PharmD or PhD with pharmaceutical industry experience in oncology

• Prior supervisory/leadership and people development experience

• Strong organisational skills and ability manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent judgement and ability to work in a team environment.
