About the opportunity

This role is a unique addition to this organisation's team, with a remit of leading and driving the company's analytics, forecasting and market research functions. You will lead a team to develop a strategic and proactive approach to demand analysis and forecasting, performance monitoring and primary and secondary market research. This role will provide an opportunity to further build on your cross-functional and above country influencing and collaboration competencies, as well as building on your people leadership experience. This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

Skills and Experience Required

• Extensive hands on and leadership experience in sales and marketing analysis, statistical analysis, forecasting, financial forecasting and market research in the Australian pharmaceutical sector
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics or finance, with MBA or advanced degree advantageous
• Extensive experience in MS Excel, business intelligence systems, forecasting tools and pharmaceutical data sources
• Experience with direct people leadership across analytics/forecasting
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and work groups
