In this permanent and fulltime Digital Marketing Specialist role, you will be responsible for supporting commercial excellence and customer engagement in the development and implementation of omnichannel campaigns and initiatives. Working alongside the Senior Customer Engagement Manager and cross-functional commercial teams, you will manage effective omnichannel and digital marketing campaigns for multiple specialty pharmaceutical products, monitor campaign performance, utilise market data to support your actions, and strive to deliver on commercial objectives.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to design and actions effective digital marketing initiatives including and not limited to social media, digital content, targeted emails, and SEO/SEM. Developing strong relationships with your teams will be crucial and a strong understanding of omnichannel marketing trends will be maintained to support various brand objectives.
 

 
Proven Skills & Experience:
  • Local pharmaceutical marketing experience, highly regarded
  • 3-years’ digital marketing experience, preferred
  • SEO & SEM effectiveness
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Veeva CRM tools, highly regarded
  • Marketing campaign management
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing 
  • Proven ability to deliver on project deadlines 
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to accomplish strategic objectives
  • Proficiency working cross-functionally 
  • Project management experience, highly regarded
  • Familiarity with analytics to produce actionable insights, highly regarded
  • Interest in enhancing digital capabilities
