In the Digital Marketing Specialist role, you will be responsible for supporting commercial excellence and customer engagement in the development and implementation of omnichannel campaigns and initiatives. Working alongside the Senior Customer Engagement Manager and wider Commercial Teams, you will manage effective omnichannel and digital marketing campaigns, monitor campaign performance, utilise market data to support your actions, and strive to accomplish strategic objectives.
You will work cross-functionally with both Sales and Marketing to design effective digital marketing initiatives including and not limited to social media, online content, targeted emails, and SEO/SEM. Developing strong relationships with your teams will be crucial and a strong understanding of omnichannel marketing trends will be maintained to support various brand objectives.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Veeva CRM tools are highly regarded
Marketing campaign management
Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite
Proven ability to accomplish strategic objectives
Proficiency working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Medical
Project management experience
Familiarity with analytics to produce actionable insights
Interest in enhancing digital capabilities
