About the opportunity

Due to company growth, in this newly created position, as the Digital Marketing Lead, you will take the lead to drive the company's digital marketing, multi-channel and omnichannel strategy in order to increase brand awareness, as well as patient and customer engagement.

Taking a pro-active approach, you will work closely with a team of experienced Brand Managers and cross-functionally with medical colleagues, in order to drive digital planning and implementation as well as develop and improve digital content within the market channels.

This position will suit a professional who displays a broad understanding and applications within digital marketing, and will thrive on develop Digital Capability within the organisation, whilst keeping aligned to government and industry compliance.


Skills and Experience - Must demonstrate:

  • Breadth and depth of digital Marketing experience within a regulated industry (e.g. Pharmaceutical, Food, Tobacco)
  • Proven successes in building a Digital Marketing, multi-channel and omnichannel strategies and platforms
  • Strong exposure and knowledge of Content Marketing, CRM and/or eCommerce
  • Sound knowledge / ability to understand drivers of pharmaceutical / healthcare industry
  • Strong Market Research skills
  • Analytical with Return of Investment / Commercially driven
  • Superior stakeholder management skills, with high degree of communication skills
  • A degree/qualification in marketing or equivalent
