Reporting to the Marketing Director, this newly created role is crucial to the business's ambitious growth plans and involves innovating, developing & driving future Digital & E-commerce business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
Drive digital strategy across multiple platforms
Provide strategic direction from concept to implementation
Act as SME to team (local & abroad), ensuring high ROI
Liaise with external agencies
Ongoing SEO/SEM optimisation
Enhance D2C conversion rate
Implement integrated tactical marketing plans
Conduct post promotional analysis
Manage digital lead generation
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Digital marketing/e-commerce experience in client/agency
Experience driving digital marketing campaigns
Experience executing content strategies
Strong communication/influencing skills
Expertise in SEO/SEM
Proven business partnering capabilities
Superior customer service skills
