About the opportunity
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be accountable for hospital accounts across your defined territory in the Auckland & surrounds territory. You will play a crucial role servicing clinicians and achieving sales targets with this leading Surgical Medical Devices portfolio.

 
 
Responsibilities
  • Promote impressive Surgical product portfolio
  • Develop & maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities
  • Initiate new habits/protocols & practises with accounts
  • Provide in-theatre training as & when needed
  • Manage territory budgets & plan effective cycles to achieve sales budgets
  • Active involvement in contracts & tenders processes
  • Actively input into business reviews
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with competitor products

 
 
Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record of Surgical Devices sales experience
  • In theatre sales experience essential
  • Clinical background adv.
  • Strong experience networking within the hospital setting
  • Proven ability to hunt fr new business opportunities
  • Have experience and comfortable working closely with surgeons
  • Commercially focused and results focused
  • Proven ability to challenge customers status quo
  • Passionate about driving business and achieving best clinical outcomes for the end user
