About the opportunity

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for demand planning across various portfolios to contribute towards accurate forecasts. This role requires collaboration across the business and strong stakeholder management.

Duties

• Develop and execute a demand plan based on demand patterns and business trends

• Review historical sales trends

• Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers

• Support and drive the development of new processes and initiatives to drive continuous improvements

• Participate in the S&OP process

• Support Life-Cycle management such as new product launches.

• Analysis to understand risks, gaps and process improvements.

• Weekly and monthly reporting.

Skills and Experience

• Solid Demand Planning experience within FMCG, Medical or Pharmaceutical industries

• Exceptional communicator

• Strong abilities to engage with key stakeholders

• Proficiency in ERP and Planning tools is essential

• Advanced Excel experience

• Experience in driving S&OP meetings

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex portfolios.
